Direct contact and advice
Our directors insist on day to day dealings with clients. We also nurture and train other less experienced team members who show promise, ethics and knowledge and subscribe to this same doctrine. It has worked well over the years and will not change without good reason.

Teamwork doesn't just happen, it is created through hours of training and mutual learning and understanding. Here at Stirling Partners, we strive to develop a strong team where we all can build each other's strengths and support each other's weaknesses. After all, we are only as strong as our weakest link.
The tools and skills to turn it to your advantage
Ask most executives today about IT, upgrades, staying ahead, changes, cost of new equipment and software and you'll get a barrage of complaints. Whilst we aren't happy with the increase in annual 'staying ahead of the pack' IT costs, we certainly condone the benefits. Since our inception we have consistently upgraded our equipment, network structure, the software, and the people who run it... which is pretty well all of us. Our internet and remote access skills are honed nowadays, as are the latest ATO and Government electronic options, which saves time and money for all our clients.
Social events, staff outing and CA activities
We believe in the promotion of a balanced lifestyle, one which sometimes takes us out of the office and into the sun and dirt, to sit down to a nice meal or to engage in a little friendly competition.
